Amelina Fenouillet

Amelina Fenouillet was born and raised in France is currently living and working as an international Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Teacher in Costa Rica.

Amélina has been raised in a family with deep spiritual roots. Her father studied Indian Philosophy and Yoga in India and is still working as a therapist in different fields, nowadays. Therefore, she has been influenced by this ancestral wisdom from an early age and developed a passion for yoga, meditation and spirituality.

She loves to create dynamic and energetic Vinyasa flows with smart sequencing where movement is in perfect cohesion with the breath. Also certified as a Thai Massage Therapist, she is very passionate about encouraging her students to explore the depths of their mind-body connection in order to release physical and emotional tension.

During her Yin Classes, she also likes to use Sound Healing Methods that help her students to shift the mind and body into a meditative state. The vibrations and sequences of crystal singing bowls are linked to deep, meditative and peaceful states that are highly conductive to healing.

Amélina passionately follows the path of her own yoga practice continuously and is also working as a private teacher with celebrities like Naomi Harris in Costa Rica.
