BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your booking at any time. Notification must be given to NOMADIKAS GmbH in writing via email to: info@nomadikas.com
Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
| Notification received more than 90 days before the start of the retreat | 0% |
| Notification received 61-90 days before the start of the retreat* | 50% |
| Notification received 31-60 days before the start of the retreat | 75% |
| Notification received less than 30 days before the start of the retreat | 100% |
Please note that we charge an administration fee of 50€ for all cancellations.
*Until 61 days before the start of the retreat you have the possibility to change your booking to another retreat. You will only cover the administration fee and price differences of the newly chosen retreat.
