All of the food being served is organic, non-processed and locally sourced. More importantly, it is freshly prepared with lots of love from our professional private chef. In other words, you can expect a unique cuisine with a modern twist. We have created vegan, sugar free and gluten-free dishes for you to indulge. For breakfast, we will be serving delicious superfood, bowls and various freshly baked breads like banana bread. During lunch, you get to enjoy more artful vegan and vegetarian dishes. At dinner, we will also serve fresh grilled fish from local fishermen or meat. However, vegan and vegetarian options are always available.
