During our retreat, we will serve Ayurvedic food designed to nourish and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, emphasizing the six tastes—sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent—to create harmony within. Our menu features a variety of vibrant, plant-based dishes infused with healing spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander. These meals aim to enhance digestion, boost vitality, and promote overall well-being, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the rejuvenating experience of the retreat.
Julia Schüssler - "My journey into healing began a few years ago, when I was quite on the ground myself. Depression and eating disorders were hard on me. I myself couldn’t find a way out and was looking for years for something that would finally help me. Despite years of therapy my condition has not improved - on the contrary! I turned in circles until it was so dark around me that I had no will to live. Today I know that I gave a cry for help and ultimatum to the spiritual world - if I don’t find something soon that helps me, I will go because at this point I have seen absolutely no light or meaning for myself. Deep down I knew there had to be a way out, and luckily I found it! My intention was increased and the universe led me to the Astrological Symbol Constellations. For me personally the term soul placement is even more appropriate, because in this work the soul of a person with the individual soul parts is set up."
