Our Luxury Villa Zante is a spacious and luxurious beachfront escape spanning 210 square meters. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and modern amenities, accommodating up to 8 guests.

The living room is a delightful blend of indoor and outdoor living, with big windows providing lots of natural light and direct access to the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen is integrated seamlessly into the living room, making it an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing.

The villa has a shared bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies with views of the sea, while the fourth bedroom does not have a balcony or a sea view.

The outdoor area features a swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, a seating area, and a dining area.

For those who enjoy cooking and dining alfresco, this home boasts a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas barbecue and a designated dining area. The breathtaking sea view from this outdoor space makes it even more inviting.

A deposit secures your reservation, and from there, our dedicated concierge team steps in to coordinate every detail, ensuring your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

In order to confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit up to 3 business days after signing your contract.

You will then have until one month before the start of your rental period to pay the remaining balance.

Before your stay, we will ask you for a security deposit to cover any damage that may occur. The amount will be quoted prior to your booking and in your contract.

Any specific rental conditions for the property will be outlined by your advisor and detailed in your rental contract.
